This project uses a split-rights model. Public MarcoFLY Framework content is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), unless otherwise stated. The platform code, application logic, infrastructure, backend functions, scripts, database schemas, and other software components are not distributed under any Creative Commons license and remain reserved unless expressly stated otherwise.
What is covered by CC BY-NC-ND 4.0
- framework text
- official prompts
- public markdown files intended for distribution
- PDFs and editorial materials
- public explanatory pages and documentation
- public diagrams and non-software graphic assets, unless otherwise stated
What is excluded from the Creative Commons license
The Creative Commons license does not apply to software or technical platform components. Those parts remain proprietary and reserved.
- frontend and backend code
- application logic and validation workflows
- infrastructure, deployment configuration, and automations
- database schemas, policies, functions, and Supabase logic
- internal tooling, technical monitoring, and proprietary workflows
Reserved rights and commercial use
Content, prompts, documentation, and editorial materials are licensed only with attribution, for non-commercial purposes, and with no derivatives. Translations, adaptations, integrations, derivative reuse, or commercial exploitation require prior written authorization from the rights holder.
